Billing, Payments, and FoxPay 

FoxPay is the official online student account and payment system for Rollins College. Students can access their FoxPay through MyRollins or at https://rollins.college/studentpay to view real-time status.  Notifications are sent to the student’s Rollins email address when a new monthly statement is available. Students can also add a personal email address and phone number to their FoxPay account to be notified when new activity has taken place on their account.

Students that register for any class or receive any service from Rollins College accept full responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees. Student Account Services provides more information on payments, payment plans, and financial responsibility.

Each semester’s tuition balance must be paid by 5 pm on the published due date posted on your Tuition & Program Overview provided for you below. Additional estimated costs include housing, food, books, personal, transportation, and loan fees (if applicable) that total $25,858 per year.  Please visit our Tuition page for detailed information.

Rollins College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.

Enrollment/Expected Graduation Verifications

Only currently registered students can access their enrollment verifications (certificates) here.  Enrolled students may also access their enrollment verifications (certificates) through Foxlink.

If you need a “good standing” verification, please use your unofficial transcripts which is accessed in Foxlink. Academic standing is reflected on the unofficial transcript.

If you need an expected graduation letter, the enrollment certificate has also replaced this as the certificate includes the expected graduation date.

This process has replaced the written PDF letters. Electronic letters on letterhead will no longer be provided.

Student Success provides academic advising to help students select elective courses and plan their course schedules, allowing them to complete their program of study successfully. To meet with an advisor, schedule your appointment through: Book a meeting with Student Success Team – HERE

Student Success is happy to work with a partner school, the Emlyon Business School located in Lyon, France, to give our students an opportunity for study abroad. Modules from previous years have covered courses in Global Marketing, Branding, Advanced Strategy, and Wine Marketing & Culture. The format offers two courses during the summer session. Look for an information meeting in the fall for details of the application and interview process.

If you need to order a replacement magnetic name badge or slide name plate, you can contact our provider directly to order and arrange for payment. Please email Yolanda Fairconeture with United Trophy at yolanda@utmorlando.com or call 407-841-2525 ext. 133. Then specify that you are ordering as a Crummer student and whether you are ordering the slide name plate (2in x 10in grey/white slide name plate) or the magnetic name badge (1.5in x 3in grey/white nametag with magnetic back). If you are ordering the name badge, make sure to give your program also (example: FLEX MBA, EA MBA, etc.) You will make arrangements for payment and mailing instructions.

The Olin Library is located on the Rollins College campus in Winter Park, Florida.
